Refund Policy for Seamate Consultancy
1. Scope of Refund Policy
1.1. This Refund Policy applies to all Clients engaging Seamate Consultancy for admission and placement assistance services and/or purchasing proprietary study materials.
1.2. The policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the security deposit paid to Seamate Consultancy.
2. Security Deposit
2.1. A mandatory security deposit of INR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Indian Rupees) is required to initiate the admission procedure with Seamate Consultancy.
2.2. The security deposit is non-negotiable and must be paid in full before the commencement of any services or access to materials.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. A full refund of the INR 20,000 security deposit will be issued only in the event that Seamate Consultancy fails to secure the Client’s admission to the specified program or institute due to reasons beyond the Client’s control.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 working days from the date of notification of non-admission, provided all eligibility criteria were met and accurate documentation was submitted by the Client.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
4.1. The security deposit will not be refunded under the following circumstances:
a. The Client fails to provide accurate, complete, or timely documentation as required by Seamate Consultancy or the relevant institute.
b. The Client does not meet the eligibility criteria for the specified program or institute.
c. The Client voluntarily withdraws from the admission process or terminates the agreement with Seamate Consultancy.
d. The Client violates any terms outlined in the Seamate Consultancy Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of proprietary materials.
e. The Client is successfully admitted to the specified program or institute.
5. Full Payment Post-Admission
5.1. Upon successful admission, the Client is obligated to pay the full consultancy fee as per the service agreement.
5.2. No refunds will be issued for the full consultancy fee or any additional payments made after admission, regardless of the Client’s decision to continue or discontinue with the program or institute.
6. Refund Process
6.1. To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request to Seamate Consultancy via [seamate.imu@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the non-admission notification.
6.2. The refund request must include the Client’s full name, contact details, transaction details of the security deposit, and any relevant supporting documentation.
6.3. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through a bank transfer, as determined by Seamate Consultancy.
6.4. The Client will be notified once the refund has been processed, and funds should reflect in the Client’s account within 2-4 working days, subject to banking processes.
7. Termination of Services or Access
7.1. If the Client’s access to services or materials is terminated due to non-payment of the full consultancy fee, violation of copyright terms, or any other breach of the Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued for the security deposit or any other payments made.
8. Amendments to Refund Policy
8.1. Seamate Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
8.2. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing or via electronic means, and continued engagement with Seamate Consultancy’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
