Terms and Conditions for Seamate Consultancy

1. Security Deposit

1.1. The Client agrees to pay a non-negotiable security deposit of INR 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Indian Rupees) to Seamate Consultancy to initiate the admission procedure.

1.2. The security deposit is mandatory and must be paid prior to the commencement of any services by Seamate Consultancy.

2. Admission Guarantee

2.1. Seamate Consultancy guarantees 100% admission to the Client in the specified program/institute, subject to the Client fulfilling all eligibility criteria and providing accurate documentation as required.

2.2. In the event that Seamate Consultancy is unable to secure the Client’s admission due to reasons beyond the Client’s control, the security deposit of INR 20,000 will be fully refunded within 2-4 working days from the date of notification of non-admission.

3. Full Payment Obligation

3.1. Upon successful admission to the specified program/institute, the Client is obligated to make the full payment for the consultancy services as agreed upon in the service agreement.

3.2. The full payment must be made within the stipulated time frame communicated by Seamate Consultancy post-admission.

3.3. Failure to make the full payment within the specified period will result in Seamate Consultancy reserving the right to take legal action against the Client to recover the outstanding amount.

4. Legal Action and Control Over

Placements

4.1. In case of non-payment of the remaining balance post-admission, Seamate Consultancy reserves the full right to initiate legal proceedings against the Client to recover the dues.

4.2. Seamate Consultancy shall also retain full rights to control, modify, or withhold the Client’s placement in any institute until the full payment is cleared.

4.3. The Client acknowledges that non-compliance with payment terms may result in the termination of services and potential blacklisting from associated institutes.

5. Digital Approval

5.1. By engaging with Seamate Consultancy and proceeding with the payment of the security deposit, the Client digitally approves and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

5.2. This digital approval is legally binding and equivalent to a signed agreement.

6. Liability and Disputes

6.1. Seamate Consultancy shall not be held liable for delays or failures in the admission process caused by incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the Client, or due to decisions made by the institute or external authorities.

6.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Raipur/CHHATTISGARH], India.

7. Amendments

7.1. Seamate Consultancy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing or via electronic means.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

 

All Materials provided by Seamate Consultancy are protected by copyright law and are the exclusive property of Seamate Consultancy or its licensors.

The purchase or receipt of Materials grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal study use only.

 

 The Client is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, sharing, modifying, or using the Materials for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or public sharing in any form (digital or physical).

 

 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Materials will result in immediate termination of the Client’s access to the Materials and Services, without refund, and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.
